1:72 FW-189 A-1 Carson 1404 510001404
Length of the model 165 mm
This unusual twin-engined aircraft - with its double tailfin, extensive wingspan and bubble-like glass Cockpit, ideal for reconnaissance missions and optimum use of on-board photographic equipment - was built by Germany as a tactical reconnaissance aircraft to replace the old Hs-126, built in the 30s. Thanks to robust cell construction the FW-189 was difficult to shoot down: numerous cases of the aircraft making it back to base despite extensive damage were recorded.
