These all-purpose wing-mounting servo boxes have proved excellent in practice, and many thousands are already in use. The robbe Servo-Lock is the final solution to all the problems involved in mounting servos in model aircraft wings - and removing them again. The bottom section of the Servo-Lock is glued permanently in a 50 mm Ø well in the wing structure. The servo is then pushed into two retaining elements, and held in place by fitting the Servo-Lock cover with its three retaining screws. The servo can now be removed easily at any time by removing the Servo-Lock top section. The cover is slightly cambered to follow the curvature of the wing, and features a streamlined pushrod fairing. This fairing in the screw-fitting cover effectively protects the pushrod and servo output arm from damage even in quite hard landings on uneven terrain.
