Information - Replica of the YAK 55 M aerobatic monoplane
- The full-size machine was employed for aerobatic competition work and aerobatic displays
- The original aircraft is powered by a Vedeneyev M-14P 360 hp (269 kW) 9-cylinder radial motor
- The model makes a superb indoor aerobatic plane.
- The airframe is very light, with excellent torsional and bending stiffness thanks to the injection-moulded strut connecting piece and CFRP struts on the wing and fuselage
- All slots for the CFRP struts are ready laser-cut
- Low all-up weight with standard components
- Precise laser cutting for easy construction
- The model was designed by Gernot Bruckmann and achieved the following competition successes in 2008: WAG (World Air Games) Qualification, Prague, 1st place, DM Qualification, Poing, 1st place, DM Indoor, Rödinghausen, 3rd place, E-TOC, Toledo/USA, 5th place, WAG Qualification, Turin, 1st place
