Information

• Semi-scale replica model based on original documents in the 1:40 scale
• Torpedo boats of the Zobel class are slightly improved versions of the Jaguar class and were launched in 1961.
• After just 8 years the four torpedo tubes were replaced by two stern torpedo tubes, and at the same time an improved radar system was installed.
• In the early 1980s the boats were decommissioned and sold.
• Particular emphasis was given to ensuring that the superstructure had good detailing.
• The fittings set comprising numerous parts is included in the kit.
• The guns available as special accessories enable the torpedo boat to be built into an especially realistic model.
• The kit contains guns still to be assembled from ABS and wooden parts.
