WP MINI MONSTER 4 WDM 1:20 Graupner 90099 This 1:20 scale mini-monster truck sets new standards for mini-monsters, where simple driving for fun is the object. Whether you wish to operate your mini-Monster in your living room, at the nearest carpark or in a gravel pit, you will be delighted with this great car. The vehicle is supplied completely factory-assembled, ready to run. The bodywork is available in various colours (red, blue, black, gold and gunmetal). To run the car all you have to do is install the transmitter batteries and drive batteries (batteries not included), and the fun can start. The potential problem of installing the transmitter and drive batteries has been solved by ingenious means: a new design of reverse polarity guard means that it does not matter which way round you install the AA-size cells. The correct polarity is detected automatically, thereby solving this problem once and for all for every beginner.With its robust articulated joint four-wheel drive system and twin bevel-gear differentials, its scale swinging-arm axles and gigantic suspension travels, the model can hardly fail to impress. The standard motor supplied is ideal for indoor running, giving terrific “wheelies”, and various reduction ratios are supplied in the set as standard. The proportional speed controller provides very fine control of the model´s speed, both in forward and reverse mode. The high-quality 27 MHz AM transmitter includes Dual Rates, trim functions and servo reverse. It features standard plug-in crystals, and is available on any of the five preferred channels 1 - 5. If you are keen to upgrade your Monster, there is almost endless scope for modification. A hot motor, ballraces, oil-filled shock absorbers, different spring rates etc. all of them are - of course - readily available. Another special feature is the wheelie support wheels, which enable you to stretch out those wheelies over several metres, without the danger of the Mini Monster tipping or falling over.
