WP KITTY HAWK, Elektro mit RC Graupner 4538 The KITTY HAWK is the ideal RC model aircraft for the beginner´s first steps in model flying. The complete power system and 27 MHz RC system are included in the pack. Three different channels are available, which means that three models can be flown on the different channels at the same time. Assembling the model requires no more than simple assembly work, such as screwing the wing, the tail panels and the undercarriage in place. The two motors are already mounted on the fuselage. With both motors switched on the model is capable of vigorous powered flight, and ground take-off is possible from a hard surface. Flight altitude is controlled by switching the two motors on and off, while turns are initiated by switching off one motor or the other. For a right turn the left motor runs, and vice versa. After a short period of familiarisation you will find the model capable of simple manoeuvres such as full circles and figures of eight. With the motors switched off the glide can be classed as good, which means that quite long gliding flights are possible with a little thermal assistance.
