WP ATLANTIC 75 RNLILIFE BOAT Graupner 8603 This is a semi-scale model of the English lifeboat Atlantic 75 belonging to the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution). These vessels are inflatable boats with a rigid GRP hull shell, and they are operated for rescue purposes by the British marine rescue association RNLI in the coastal waters around Great Britain. The boats are 7.3 m long and carry a three-man crew. Their two 70 BHP outboard motors endow them with a top speed of up to 32 kn (approx. 60 km / hr). The model is powered and steered by two electric motors; it is this fundamental design which has made such micro-models suitable for large-scale production. The boat is supplied completely assembled, painted and with decals applied, and includes the transmitter and battery charger. All you have to do is insert the recommended dry cells in the transmitter and charger, charge the models integral rechargeable battery for about one minute, and the model is ready for the water.
