For outstanding performance the tyres are made exclusively from the best Japanese “foam rubber” compound. The high-quality rubber is carefully bonded to robust spoked wheels which are also very attractive visually. The result is wheels offering very high adhesion combined with low rates of wear. The hardness of the tyres is stated in Shore values: 34° Shore is the softest grade and 43° Shore the hardest. In general terms the softer tyres offer more grip, but wear more quickly. All wheels are fitted with a standard hexagon driver socket, and therefore fit virtually all commercially available 1:10 scale models with electric or “wet” power. The rear tyres are 30 mm wide, the front tyres 26 mm wide, while the diameter is approximately 65 mm. The tyres are precision-ground for true running, and are ready for immediate use as supplied.
