BRUSHLESS EVO 2 10T Graupner 6670 GM-Racing has moved into a clear lead in RC car brushless technology, taking advantage of its six years experience in the area of brushless motor and controller technology. With the new BRUSHLESS EVO 2 motors GM-Racing has succeeded in developing highly efficient, reasonably priced motors which meet the DMC regulations,whilst setting new standards in reliability and performance. Extra-thick multiple windings, extremely low-loss construction stripped of unnecessary conductor tracks, together with high-temperature Neodymium magnets make these motors capable of power levels significantly above 270 W. The power and efficiency attained with the GM-Racing BRUSHLESS EVO 2 6T and5.5T motors would be unattainable by the best brushed motors simply due to excessive heat development. These motors do not employ the usual expensive, vulnerable and temperature-sensitive Hall sensors and therefore have no unnecessary sensor cabling; this in turn provides a substantial improvement in reliability. Nevertheless, used in conjunction with the GM-GENIUS 80 speed controllerthese motors offer smooth control characteristics which compete on exactly level terms with conventional speed controllers for brushed motors. The slotted stator design provides running characteristics which are very similar to those of a conventional motor. The two BRUSHLESS EVO2 IFMAR SPEC motors are equipped with sensors, and offer higher rotational speeds with lower torque. Nominal voltage : 7.2 V
