The Yakovlev YAK-130 (NATO code "Mitten") is the latest Russian trainer/light attack aircraft which entered service with the Russian Air Forces in 2009. In the ground attack version it can carry up to 3.000 kg of weapon load.
The Yak-130 is used as advanced trainer for 4th and 5th generation fighters.
